Resolved - We recently observed increased latencies and intermittent timeouts affecting the Find API due to a scaling issue in our backend services. The issue began at 06.10.2025 10:00 and was resolved by 06.10.2025 10:15.

Service performance has returned to normal. We’ve identified the underlying cause and implemented changes to improve scaling and prevent similar issues in the future.
